Have a filter for Freelancers/Companies

I prefer to work with freelancers and a lot of time, I end up finding they are a company. I DO NOT want to work with companies due to obvious problems we face with them, especially companies with 100s of staffs. 

So a filter to invite only freelancers and for job posts to mark ONLY for freelancers will help.
