Hi Support team,

I've release my payment before one or maybe 2 weeks, generally I used to get the funds within a week, but it has been while since I didn't get the payment.

my amount was around $195.

Please check the payment thread of my account and let me know when I'll get the payment.

  Hi Kishan,

  I have opened a ticket with the support team to assist you further, however looking in your account I can see you have successfully withdrawn the amount of 165.21 6 days ago, which if you add the bank transfer fee on top you then get $195. The issue therefore may be with your bank rather than PPH?

  Hi Support Team ..

  I made a withdrawal request from PPH to my bank through Payoneer account on 6th March. But so far I notice that the amount was not transferred to my Payoneer account or my bank account either.

  It shows in PPH payment page as "Withdrawal from your PPH User Account (Pending)"

  Can I revert the action to keep the amount back to PPH..?

  Or how long it takes my money to be received at my bank/payoneer account. 

  Please advice..

  My husband didn't get his money yet..u told him 2 days ago that we will transfer ur money by break break but he didn't get yet..please Sir help him..we need this money
