Buyer bought hourlie but didn't provide "things" to start
Hi,
My buyer has bought 2 hourlies from me: to submit their original guest post to some websites. He gave me already published articles which cannot be used. I contacted him back, but now he's not responding. Please let me know how can I contact him, or what I can do, so I'm not being penalised.

Wait for his response. You won't be penalized when the Hourlie counter reaches 0 (as it's only a reminder), and it's not consider as a delay or non delivery.
So just wait for your guy to respond , nothing to worry about.

I'm facing a similar problem. The buyer bought my hourlie but did not provide any information to get started. Sending 2 messages did not make him/her reply either. Should I ask to refund him the money? Would I lose points (even though it would not be my fault)? Would appreciate a quick reply. Thanks, Karin

Just wait allow a week or two... if nothing happens contact PPH from here:

and ask em to do the refund , you may lose points system is not up to date, last time I did refund for remaining money from a project I lost points...

My case has been solved quite easy. Seller eventually replied, but i got a reply form PPH team too saying to contact them if no response and they will end it up from their end with no points taken away. Admin contact is always the best. I did lose many points for refunds already but it's an automatic thing and don't be too worried about it. Just keep doing what you do and you'll be fine.
