Withdrawing money from buyer's escrow account

Hello,
I've deposited $200 in my buyer's escrow account to get a contract started. However, I and the seller have mutually decided to ended the contract earlier than expected, and she only invoiced me $50. How can I withdraw the rest $150 from my buyer's escrow account?

  the seller after 3 months couldnt delivery job to me. i want withdraw my money from escrow

  Hello I have the same problem - I deposited $95 and the freelancer has not delivered/met the requirements. I do not want to work with them anymore and would like my money back. 
  
  Emailed support@peopleperhour.com and no reply. Also, why is there no help chat when signed in??
