Job not completed and Pph paid out to freelancer who had not completed job! How is this possible?

  Hi Sunny,

  Many thanks for your message, because your seller has invoiced and sent you work the system will automatically release the funds from escrow if there is no more communication (i.e. you do not dispute/decline the invoice). This is to protect sellers that will sometimes spend time completing work and have a buyer 'disappear' on them with no way of earning their money.

  I see you have a ticket open already so hopefully the issue will be resolved satisfactorily.

  It does not matter - the only thing that matters is me closing my account. Which i will do.
