Re-Submit isnt working

I am trying to re-submit my seller application but the button does not seem to be doing anything? does anyone have any ideas? Many Thanks!

  Rest assured, I'm glad to confirm your application has been approved. You can now send proposals for the Jobs and post Hourlies to sell your services on the site. I hope your issue is resolved.
