    Disagree.  As a photographer I am really frustrated by the lack of information around, when, what, who, where and how from clients.

    This is far more important than live chat as without that information I cannot make a bid!!

    ps  on the "Remote" option.  How is it possible to remote photograph a wedding or a building or people?  Something else that needs fixed if I am to pay for it from my earnings.

    Sorry but it's not live chat for buyers and sellers it's for issues and problems with sellers who face problems so this feature will allow sellers to get live and fast support from PPH team.

    problem is if the project  is awarded to some one other  how can we use that amount. and another  question is that how can we pay the amount because  no payment  gateway is attached  on your send button
