Address mismatch to verify Paypal

Does an address difference make any difference on getting my Paypal account verified? 

 

I have two houses in two different countries. I live in one most of the time, and bank in another all the time.

  Many thanks for your message.

  I have looked in your account and cannot see a pending withdrawal verification to PayPal? Please ensure you have uploaded all your documents within your payment settings page here:

  https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments 

  If I have misunderstood and you are simply asking the question as to whether it would be an issue then as long as your names match and you can prove you have an address in your name in the country of your PayPal account I would imagine there wouldn't be an issue. However I am unsure as I have not come across that before, only people that travel around and work at the same time.

  Hi Kelly, thank you for your response. 

  Under the payments settings page, I see that my PayPal account hasn't been verified yet, and is listed as "pending".

  I have taken a screenshot of the page given as an example, showing my UK address that is linked to my PayPal account. 

  Today I have also uploaded a scanned physical printed letter from PayPal showing my name and UK address, also displaying a PayPal business card if that may help.
