Hello Sir / Madam,

Myself Sanjay...few days back..i have own a project in peopleperhour..https://www.peopleperhour.com/job/require-a-logo-created-tonight-1700947

As a designer, I have shown him multiple concepts..but each time he says this or that and asks for more concepts..i did for him accordingly..but after showing so many concepts..he suddenly stops replying me. I have also raised an invoice and asked to pay the money but he didn't reply yet. Plz let me know how can get my payment for the work.

Hoping so, you would help me in recovering my money back from the client.

Many thanks for your message.

I have opened up a ticket for you with our customer support team and someone will email you soon. However, as you have raised an invoice already, and the buyer is not responding, then money will be automatically released from Esrcow to you, unless the buyer disputes your invoice within the next few days.
