Withdrawal from your PPH Account (Rejected)

I tried to transfer my fund from my PPH account to my bank account, but it is rejected with the error:

"Note: Return of original statement entry #127578. PAYOUT RETURNED: Other PURPOSE OF PAYMENT REQUIRED - 99SALARY PERMISIONALE ONLY FROM E.SETT CONSULTANT" .

 

Please help asap
