Payment Documents Still showing status Pending!!

HI, I have added 2 payment methods more than a week back and had uploaded the required documents. On checking the payment accounts both the payment types are showing pending.

How much time to take approve? I need to withdraw funds immediately and require immediate help in confirming my accounts.

  Thank you for your message.

  We need at least 7 working days to verify documents, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible.

  Your documents were uploaded on the 13th September. Please allow more time for our team to verify your documents.

  You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.
