New Messages On Dashboard Not Showing In Workstream

Hello, 

 

I have issues with my messaging on my dashboard, I have two workstreams that have "new message" symbols next to them but when i click on the workstream there are no new messages showing. 

 

Could you check if there are any un-read messages for me?
