Hi,

 

I have a problem With a deposit that had been made from a client.

The client and me where agree to start to work on her project and after she wanted to cancel the project because she came to conclusion that it gonna cost her to much.

Now the money of the deposit still sit in the escrow account.

I have tried to message again and again this lady but not answer... 

Please if someone can help to solve the problem maybe try  to reach the person.

  Send her refund, From the same Worksteam above the text box > More > Issue refund , put the entire amount and the reason of the refund.

  Buyer will be charged 10% cancellation fee.
