Upgrading Browser Capability within PPH
After I completed a job this month, I went to my payments to make the withdrawal and even though my Paypal account had been verified and accepted it would not add to my payment option. I was told this is because the Browser I was using, Google Chrome, was not compatible with PPH system. How can this be? I had to set up and use a different browser, Firefox, just to get the money I had earned.
PLEASE ASK YOUR TECH SUPPORT TO ENABLE YOUR SYSTEM TO ACCEPT ALL BROWSERS, SO WE DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THESE KIND OF SITUATIONS JUST TO GET PAID. In this day and age of digital capacities this us unacceptable. Please fix this as soon as possible. I have switched back to Google because it is faster and more reliable than Firefox, but everyone has their preferences. We should be able to use all the currently popular applications and not have to worry about changing just to manage different aspects of our accounts.
Please publish a notice for all buyers and sellers when this is completed, so we will all be informed. There is no need to answer me personally. Just ask Tech Support to take care of it as soon as possible. It should at the least be compatible with Google, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I am very sorry you have experienced this issue, I am glad you were able to retrieve your money in the end! This must be a technical issue you are facing at your end, because many of our users use Google Chrome on our platform and successfully withdraw money to a variety of withdrawal options.
