Payment not reached Paypal

Hi,

I have made a request for withdrawal of funds from PPH to my paypal account on 21st december, I still have not received the amount in my Paypal. My Paypal account was new at the time and my bank account hadn't been confirmed then. However, my bank account is now authenticated but the amount is still not showing in my Paypal account. I have gotten emails about the amount being sent to my paypal and also a reminder, but the amount is not showing there at all. Could you help me out with this?

  Hi Linnie, 

  Your withdrawal is still pending from our side, this may be due to the number of bank holidays and lack of 'working days' that we have had to process your withdrawal or could have been due to your bank issues. I have opened a ticket to see if it can be pushed through early this week.
