Disappointed with PPH
I submitted my work to the buyer on 20th Sept, and today is 4th Oct and I still haven't received my Payment from PPH. PPH Admins are not approving the payment because the account of the buyer is not verified.
The buyer isn't responding as well. I can't understand why am I suffering because of the fault of the buyer? In the payment policies, it is written that the escrow money should be released to the seller if the buyer doesn't respond within a certain period of time. I was told to wait by the support till 4th Oct for the buyer to respond. But the admin canceled my payment on 3rd Oct because the buyer didn't responded.
Earlier I referred one of my clients to PPH. His name was Matias. He had some problems verifying his account so I returned his money from the escrow. But PPH didn't release his money back to him when he tried to withdraw from his PPH wallet. Also, he says that he is having trouble trying to login to his account because it didn't get verified. His fault was that instead of using his own name he used "Matias SEO" which didn't match the docs. But there is no option to change the name on PPH after the first time. This is ridiculous. I am feeling shameful for this because it was me who brought him to PPH.
I am really very disappointed with these issues. Please solve these problems ASAP.

Hello Srikanta
Thank you for your message.
I would like to inform you that the buyer hasn't logged into the platform since 20/9/17 so they may not be able to take the steps necessary for their verification.
message left in workstream urging them once more but if no response by Wednesday 4/10 you can contact us again so we can look into taking further action.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.Comment actions -
Good luck trying to get your money.
If the buyer isn't verified, you WON'T be paid. I have the same problem. Carried out work for a customer. Customer had already paid money into Escrow, left a 5 star review, but because he's not verified, PPH won't release the money. If I were you, I would stay well clear of PPH
