Got Email "Profile has been accepted" but still can't submit any proposal

Hi There, 

 

I just got email that "Your Profile has been accepted" But when I go to my profile it still asking me to resubmit your application also not able to bid.

 

Please help me, Thanks

  Sorry about that. Rest assured, I'm glad to confirm your application has been approved by our moderations team. You can now send proposals for the Jobs and post hourlies to sell your services on the site. I hope your issue is resolved.

  I got an email notifying me that my profile has been accepted but when i log in i still get the resubmit application notification. Please help
