Fraudulent customer - Graham T.
Hi, I got a translation project from the user Graham T. on 31th December. I accepted it and did the translation on 1st Jan and then the customer rejected my invoice and refused to pay the invoice. I did a specific translation of legal contract which was translated once with a very poor quality. In most of the cases the translation was very bad and I used official legal terms to correct it. After the project completion the customer pretends that the document is getting worst now and there is 1 or 2 sentences which he don't like. He even don't ask for corrections and he is sending an inappropriate messages blaming me for the quality of the service. I am using the website from a long time - I got a lot of happy customers and I can't accept this fraudulent activity from customer. Please help me to receive my payment an block this fraudulent account.

I can see you have an ongoing dispute with this buyer, therefore I will leave it to PPH customer support to decide. You can however remind Graham that he is bound by the T&Cs of our website to give you proper feedback and an attempt to fix the work you have provided to see if you can meet his satisfaction on another attempt at the work.

Please help me on this case - my dispute was canceled and revisions was requested. I did all corrections that was requested and them the customer rejected the invoice again. I can't see any financial benefits to open a new dispute which cost more money for me - I already lose money from non-paid work from this fraudulent user.
