 Hello

I want some concern regarding payment method. There is also an option of Bank Account in payment method. Can I attach my bank account for the withdrawal money and how long it will take to approve.

  Thank you for your message.

  If you want to have your withdrawals sent to your bank we request you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account. Verification of documents for all payment methods usually take up to 7 working days.

  We need

  ->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)

  ->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account or PayPal

  1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),

  2) PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions,

  For bank account withdrawals that involve international bank transfers the processing time could take a little longer than PayPal - sometimes up to 7 days depending on your bank.

  I have no credit card nor Paypal account, so how can I transfer the payment

  Hello sir i have used bank transfer and the pph transfer my fund to my bank account but when i visit to bank , i can,t recived any payment , on this i have mail to pph , they said we have transfer from my end  and  it depend upon your bank.So it need online banking  activation?

  Hi Kelly, 
  When I start my payment method, it redirects me on another website "https://www.envoytransfers.com/". I want to confirm is it PPH's site? and secure for adding my bank information.
