Mark as complete

I have finished a project and this has been confirmed by the buyer. The total fee is in Escrow but there is no option to mark as complete to release the funds.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi Alice,

  Did you raise an invoice for the work? This is how you 'mark as complete' and release the funds.

  Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

  Yes I have and thy have both been paid but still says they are "In Progress"

  Hi Alice,

  The buyer has to mark the project as complete from their end. Only a buyer can stop the stream from being 'in progress'.

  Hi Kelly,

  I am facing the same issue. I have requested Buyers to make those project complete however there is no response from any.

   

  We need a way to get projects marked as Completed.

  Looking forward for a solution.
