Money stuck in Eskrow

Hello,

I did a job last week and raised an invoice for it. Everything was resolved, but the money has not been credited to my main account for some days now. I can see the full amount in my Eskrow funds. 

How much longer does this normally take?

  Hi Nnamdi,

  This will mean the buyer hasn't released the funds. What you need to do is either prompt the buyer to release the funds or alternatively if the buyer doesn't come back to the workstream the funds will automatically be released to you within 15 days from date of invoicing.

  Hello, 

  I am experiencing the same problem, but this time I've contacted the buyer and asked to release the funds and he told me that he has already released the funds and sent me a screen shot showing 0 balance in the escrow balance.

   

  Please solve this problem asap.
