Withdrawal Rejected 2 times
Hi,
I have placed 2 payment withdrawal request on Jan 5th, 2018 (one dollar amount and one pounds amount). But it got rejected by the PPH admin stating that identification documents are missing. Again on 8th Jan 2018 i placed 2 withdrawal request (one dollar amount and one pounds amount). Again it got rejected by the PPH admin stating the same reason. Today i have placed 2 withdrawal request again.
Also it is showing that my previous withdrawal requests are rejected due to lack of identification document? I have already submitted all the required documents i guess. Please let me know what is happening as my hard earned money is locked in PPH and withdrawal request is not getting processed? What document is lacking and how to upload it?
I have already submitted all the required document by 17/11/2017 and even paid a fast track processing fee of 13 pounds INVOICE - 2995116. Then why i am facing this issue?
You can also see that the identification documents are already approved.
Then why PPH is withholding my earnings even though i have completed all the formalities and even paid a fast track application fee and the documents are already approved?
I got a mail from a customer support expert stating that there was some chargeback case in my account in which we won the case.
I am unable to understand what kind of chargeback and which client did it as i have not got any update on that before.
Also i am not sure about which chargeback issue you are mentioning as i have not got any intimation on the same.
But the reason previously mentioned on the withdrawal rejections are mentioned as lack of identification document which i have already submitted and approved.
Kindly let me know whether this time the withdrawal will be processed without any issue and is there any issue with my profile as i did not get any update of any chargeback?
So from on my withdrawal request will not be rejected right? Is all the required documents in my profile updated? What is the chargeback issue as i have always done all the work properly to my conscious. Will this have any impact on my profile? When this chargeback issue happened and when the case won? Whether the recent 2 withdrawals will be processed without any issues?
Now 2 of my withdrawals are still in pending and i just want then to be processed and also I dont want similar issues in the future as it is very difficult to followup every time.
