I have submitted my documents what happen to already deposited canceled invoice payment?

Hello

I have made the payment to one of my seller 700 Dollars

pph canceled invoice and asked documents for verification

I supplied the documents today.. Card belongs to my account so can confirm to my bank also.

but what happen to the money I deposited to his invoice and was canceled ? if its deposited to escrow then why not showing to me in my account ? and when document verification complete ..what I have to do next as my payment done through PPH is with escrow ? how  will I get it back and send it to my seller ? I wanted this job to be done otherwise tell me the way to refund my amount to my bank and I will find alternate to pay to my seller ..because of this he is also stuck. and I feel guilty that he has not get paid on time..will you automatically transfer to his account after verification or does he has to raise other invoice? but my account shows no balance as I already have charged my card for 700 dollars.
