 HI Dear 

How can i get the $33.00 Refund as I have a credit on file

 

And yestereday I went and placed a order and I got billed another $10.00

Can you help asap please??

  Hi Jackie,

  Do You mean that You have left some Deposited money in the Escrow and You would like them back in to Your account?
  
  If that is the case then please issue a refund from the workstream that You have deposited money and they will return in to Your PPH Wallet.
