I JUST PAID 13 DOLLARS FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATION FOR JOBS, AND RECEIVED MAIL ASKING ME TO:

1. add more details in the about section. - OK

2. Provide your real name and location. - I DON'T UNDERSTAND?
MY NAME IS JELENA VUJANOVIC, LOCATION IS PARIS - WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO PROVIDE "REAL NAME AND LOCATION" ???

3. Provide a genuine profile picture. - WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

WHEN I TRIED DO CLICK TO RE-SUBMIT - EVERYTHING I ALREADY SUBMITTED DISAPPEARED - SO I WOULD HAVE TO DO ALL FROM BEGINNING - WHICH IS HUGE WASTE OF TIME, + I DON'T UNDERSTAND AND DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY TIME ON GUESSING WHAT DO YOU ASK ME TO DO?

PLUS YOU ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY FOR THIS.

PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - AND PLEASE MAKE SURE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THAT I CAN SUBMIT MY PROFILE, OF COURSE WITHOUT WASTING TIME TO REDO ALL THAT I ALREADY DID.

    We have now checked with our moderations team and approved your seller application. You may now sell services on our site.

    As for the site 'deleting everything you uploaded' it is because our moderators have to manually check and verify what you include in your profile to ensure the quality of platform remains to a high standard and no 'fake' profiles get through our system. I hope you understand, that what you wrote was never actually deleted or removed. I know it can be confusing.

    i got a work and when i finished the work and asked to raise invoice it doesn't work and show this message

    It seems like you haven't filled in your Personal/Company details, your Tax/Company details and your Paypal or Bank details. Please click here to fill them in before you can create an Invoice.

    So i linked my Payoneer account and PPH confirmed my Payoneer account but still can't Raise invoice and it show the same message,
    and i'v already delivered the work to the client,

    Kindly help me ASAP,So i could get paid for my work,
