Too much proporsal for client

Whenever I send the proposal to any client, 70% of proposals never seen by the client

when every some client post any project, A huge number of a newbie (with zero experience) send 10's of the proposal.as a result, client confuse with these numbers

Let me show you real example

23 proposals are, are you serious?

Set the limit for proposals

And more important, always only expert freelancer to bit on expert label project

  KellyBot will just ignore this.

  Bottom line is that PPH want as many wasted proposals as possible, so little barrier on entry to jobs, and no limit on proposals.

  Doesn't matter if not awarded, or if you're better qualified.
