Email Spamming is Not Cool. Stop It!

I get multiple emails per day from mailboxes titled Lucy Clarke and Sophia Jones. I've set my notification settings to Transactional Email: Interesting, Job Notifications: Job Invitations From Buyers and Updates and Feedback: None, but I still get these useless and annoying emails many times per day.

I can see there are lots of other users who have complained about this problem, yet you haven't sorted it out. You should respect your users more and make it easy to turn off these emails. 

Fix it.

  Are your product team going to stop these emails coming to me? If not then there is something else you can help me with.

  This comment is for Kelly : we don't need to turn off all emails from pph, we need to turn off those lucy clarke and sophia jones! Really annoying! 

  Your nofitication options are not flexible. I need to be notified about my invoices and feedback but I want lucy and sophia to disappear from my inbox please

  Anna is entirely correct. Your email settings aren't particularly clear, and, importantly, they don't give you the option to turn off the emails from Lucy Clarke and Sophia Jones. So, no, it's not up to me.

  Also, a few times I've run Google searches looking for solutions to PPH related problems. If the link I click is on PPH, I will get emails soon afterwards saying 'Still looking for [search term] freelancers?" - I can see what you're trying to do, but it's poorly implemented and often makes PPH look bad. I recently had an email saying "Nick, still looking for close account freelancers?" - I'm sure you can guess what I was searching for.
