Hi,

If a bank payment went through on Monday, how come I'm still not seeing the funds in my account today - Thursday?

  Hi OAG Aviation,

  I am really confused, having looked in your account I cannot see any documentation relating to your recent transactions, or any banking methods that have been verified by us. I will escalate this up to a CS adviser.

  In the mean time - if you requested the money after 15:00 on Monday then likely the money will be deposited into your bank today (Friday), 3 working days after the withdrawal - allowing for our cut off time for last withdrawals of the day to be processed.

  Hi Kelly,

  Apologies, I am writing from a company account which is separate from the individual account I am using. It may make sense for me to start a ticket on that account instead?
