Unexpected private job

I have noticed, that a number of jobs are going to the "Completed Jobs" category with 0 proposals.  It seems the advertiser is inadvertently getting a "private job" without anyone particular in mind (or selected).  There might need to be some checking over this.

I have sent comments to various suppliers who didn't realize it was listed as private.
