Clarification Responses
The response to clarification requests - when they're not randomly moderated - is abysmal.
Currently according to my tracking this is < 3% of clarifications requests answered.
Seller confidence is at an all time low with PPH, and no sign of increasing after the 'High Value' debacle.
In the case of clarifications there HAS to be some method of buyer accountability. Not all clarifications require - or deserve - a response, but they should ALL be at least read.
There should be a notification tick on each clarification to say if and when it has been read.
If clarifications have NOT been read after 3 days then the job should be PAUSED automatically.
If no further action is done after 7 days i.e 10 days total, then the job should be CANCELLED and proposals returned.
It's only one step in raising seller confidence, but an important one.

It's utterly ridiculous recently. PPH is randomly moderating my very sensible questions regarding one line job postings with no information. It's clearly an effort to make us waste bids on fraudulent jobs, lowballers, 'clients' with no budgets (or briefs) and timewasters.
I have brought tens of thousands of revenue to this platform over the years and I am at the end of my tether paying 24% of that revenue for a service that actively prevents me from doing what I am here to do instead of facilitating the process.
Just had one moderated for asking how many pages a client wanted for their (low) budget.
Sort it out, PPH 'ninjas' or I'm out of here. Instead, try moderating job postings that don't provide enough detail to make an informed bid. That what you should be doing to encourage the efficient matching of client and freelancer.
