I have uploaded my ID proof issued by government but they can not accept my document.... provided reasons are below

Unforunately, the National Identity Card.jpg document has been rejected for the following reason: Please send a photo of your ID .

 

Kind Regards, The PeoplePerHour Team   But this is my real NID card ,  what can i do now?
