Refund Charges are UNFAIR !
Hi
I gave a job to an agent and he failed to deliver on the job.
I have lost two weeks because of it now I'm rushing to finish the job with some one else The agent has refunded me but However I was shocked that PPH takes a 10% cut.
This is unfair i have paid the fees while making the payment why should i pay it for the service which is not delivered.
