PPH is asking for 8$ to raise dispute against refund request
This is the first time I am facing this and its so embarrassing that I need to pay 8$ to PPH to fight 10$ of payment and which is non-refundable. I worked for the client and the work is accepted and now client is ignoring my invoice and cancelled my invoice and raise refund request siting quality and other issues and not even bother to listen me and don't bother to reply me also. She is not even keen to talk with me for resolution. How should I fight against such people. I am loosing time from 72 Hours given to me and I don't know whether PPH will refund the payment or they will get the money back to me. I need suggestion.

Such a rude. After refunding the payment to the client without explaining the matter to me is extremely unprofessional act. I am utterly unhappy the way you people deal with this I just need to know what particular things has forced you to refund the money to my clients when I did everything right...I failed because I could raise the dispute by paying money so you have become unhappy as I could not get money out of me. You need money rather than reputation right?
My trust has gone....
