invoice and deposit

Hello,

When i invoice for a job, and a 50% deposit has been paid, do I invoice for the full amount or for the remaining 50% that is already in the erscrow?

  Hi Ed,

  Many thanks for your message,

  I assume you haven't invoiced for anything yet or any part of the money as part payment for any part of the job completed and therefore you would invoice for the full amount, including the escrow amount. In future a word of advice from one seller to another, I ALWAYS ask for 100% of the money deposited in escrow,

  My payment was 35£ and I asked for 100% deposit but then when I need to invoice the system ask me to write a number higher than zero. I do not want my buyer to pay twice.. can you explain me this? Sorry it is my first time

  Hi, I have the same question. I do not want the client to pay twice. She has paid full amount, do I invoice full amount?
