Editing sent proposal or adding an attachment in a sent proposal

Hi, PPH. It would be swell if you could let us edit already sent proposals. I forgot to send an attachment with the proposal so the client outright rejected my proposal, because the attachment had some key notes as to why I should be hired. I also don't have any more credits to send another proposal. So, I'm screwed for the WHOLE of October.
