Need proposal converted into USD

 Hi, PPH Team

May I request to have a proposal converted from GBP to USD so that I may purchase business services from a seller based in the U.K.?

He's unable to convert his proposal to USD and PayPal credit will not allow me to purchase services outside of USD currency.

Please advise, I'd really like to make this purchase.
