    We have checked your account and found that you haven't uploaded all the documents required for verification of your account. We request you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account.

    We need

    ->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)

    ->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account, PayPal or Skrill, a choice of:

    1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),

    2) PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions,

    3) Skrill, account statement showing your Skrill registered name and email address along with any relevant transactions.

    It says here that documents have already been approved these were sent ages ago. I cannot seem to resend them.

    I am having the same issue I have sent my documents and despite numerous emails and twitter requests, no one is responding to me. One adviser said they were looking into this 24 hours later still nothing

    I have had no reply on this email sill according to your own site all my documents are approved with `NO option to add any more, I am now seeking legal advice to get this money paid. This is really terrible. Bills to pay Kids to feed come on People per hour

    Oh Gemma I am sorry. I am in the same boat. Lot's of us are it seems. PPH are dealing with this very badly. Even if it is going to take a while to sort out JUST TELL US!

    I have £500 outstanding and I had to take out a short term loan to feed my children too.

    If you are looking into legal options, you should share that with the community.
