Paypal Pending
Despite numerous emails to pph through the site and on social media no-one responds. my last response was on Friday asking for more information that a. the site said they had all the documents plus I had already attached them to my query. I note Kelly on here responds to posts that were posted well after mine so I am somewhat perplexed on what is happening with my case.
Customer Support is essential and there seems to be a real lack of help. Does anyone know how I lodge a complaint or does anyone have any advice?

I have looked in your account and I am pleased to tell you that your PayPal account is now verified. There has been an unprecedented amount of tickets recently and as the CS support member stated because you had opened new tickets your issue had gone to the back of the queue.
I hadn't realised I missed a previous request from you, otherwise I would have looked into your matter for you. I hope you accept my sincerest apologies.

You could leave a review on trustpilot.
You may have also been caught up in the recent PayPal withdrawing issue. Payments to pay pal have been rejected and they are only just starting to sort it out. This was all payments on Friday apparently.
So I believe that this is probably taking up their time.
My PayPal payment has now been pending since Friday too.
