.Ii cant make a second withdrawal to my paypal- status is pending. I don't seems to understand this since my first withdrawal was hitch free.

There is a little different between my PayPal name and PPH name (e.g., Raymond written as Ray on PPH). However, I have supplied all required verification documents which were approved

  Please note that we encountered some technical issues from PayPal on Friday (10/11/2017) while processing the GBP payments. Unfortunately, the payments were refused by PayPal and the funds were returned to the users accounts respectively.

  In addition, we also experienced a refund cycle for the amount, thus some accounts were credited the same amount several times. The issue has been resolved, and any adjustments that need to be implement on the affected accounts, have been done accordingly.

  Lot's of people are having similar issues. PHP is dealing with it appallingly by not communicating.

  I am waiting too...

  I have been transferring money to PayPal from PHP for ten years. So this isn't a verification issue.
