Payment to PPH with incorrect reference

Hi PPH Support,

My friend transferred money to PPH account on my behalf with an incorrect reference. He used RT00056 instead of RT00059.

I have attached a copy of the receipt for the payment for your perusal, kindly help me rectify this issue and deposit funds into my PPH Wallet.

  Please be patient whilst we look into your problem. There is a senior customer support officer looking into the matter and it is being dealt with.

  Please, I am still waiting for the support team to address the issue I raised here two days ago. My friend transferred money to PPH account with wrong reference. He sent the payment with RT00056 instead of RT00059 and I have attached a copy of the receipt for your perusal.

  Kindly give this issue some attention, I have to unfinished projects to settle.
