Withdrawal Issues with Papal account not verified

Hi Support,

I am going to withdrawal my amount and trying to use my paypal account, there is message showing me account not verified but I am not getting any verification mail. any one can help me please let me know how can I verify my email address or how can I get my amount withdrawal?

  Many thanks for your message.

  There has been a bug in our system since we implemented an update - however I cannot see you will have been affected by this so I have opened up a ticket for you with our customer support team and someone will email you soon.

  It seems a few people are having the same issue. I can't withdraw funds either  even though my Paypal account has been active for months. No response yet from two requests to customer service. Not impressed with the level of service. Slow to respond and no contact phone.
