Hi, I have done work for my client but she isn't paying up.and hasn't come online since yesterday please assist

    Hi Collins, 

    Please make sure you notify her of the work you have completed and evidence this in your workstream, then invoice her for the work you have done. You will be paid this amount (if it is in escrow) after 15 days as long as it is not disputed.

    What I would say though is 'not paying up and hasn't come online since yesterday' doesn't provide a lot of info... if you have only just finished the work and she hasn't been online for a day then there may be nothing to worry about. If you have had the work completed for weeks and she hasn't been responding for weeks then I would be more concerned. Both for you and the well-being of the buyer. 

    You just never know what goes on in life there could be genuine reasons for her not being in touch.

    Question 1 -First time I am using and a buyer wants to pay me and she doesnt  know how to do it, I dont know either.

     

    Question 2- Paypal is not accepting my bank account- can you pay me using my credit car number?

    Hi Kelly,

    Ok it's just that I am new to this whole thing and was worried that maybe I was taken for a ride so I jumped to conclusions, the feeling of doing work and not being paid for it really demotivates someone and many thoughts start flooding in but what you said makes sense so I will wait for a response. I also hope that she is okay.
