Issue with withdrawal

Hi,
I am using my paypal and i have previously made withdrawal using paypal for the same using this site. Now my paypal account is reflecting as "Pending" and due to which i am unable to withdraw my money. Please let me know the reason and why my paypal account is showing as "Pending'. Please let me know why i am unable to withdraw my money.

 

Again i have added the same paypal id as a new paypal id. Which is currently showing approved. But it is not yet activated. I wanted to know as what happened to my previous paypal id in which i have already done withdrawal last time. Why it is showing as Pending. What is the issue?

  Withdrawals are processed everyday Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. If you request your withdrawal before 12pm on a working day it is typically processed that same day. If you request your withdrawal after 12pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, then it will be processed on the next working day.
  
  The time it takes to reach your account once processed by us then depends on your withdrawal method. Withdrawals to a PayPal account typically appear in your account on the same day that they are processed. Withdrawals to bank accounts we always recommend to allow for at least a few days for your bank to process the transaction, typically they take within 2 to 3 days but it can occasionally take up to 7 days.
