Withdraw to Paypal

I have added my Paypal account but when I got to withdraw money is not transferred and I get the following message: 

"The withdrawal account you have selected is not approved yet and cannot be used. More information can be found in the Payments section of your Account settings." 

All the necessary information was entered by me in the settings of my account. 
Why can not I get my money?

  I also have same problem.

  A week ago, I added my paypal account.

  And it is still in pending.

   

  I want to know what do I for paypal account.
