PPH why my bank statement rejecting ??

For identification verification I was submitted my passport and payoneer bank statement. passport has been accepted but bank statement not accepting.
WHY??

note: we don't have any Gas,Landline Phone,Council Tax OR Credit Card. but in our home we have Electricity Bill. but that billing from 20 years by my moms names. and Water Bills has in BANGLA language. 

So what should I do now???
