I am not able to add money in pph account as I have to hire someone for the job but I can't add money through either paypal or card.

  We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

  We have checked your account and found that you haven't uploaded all the documents required for verification of your account. We request you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account.

  We need

  ->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)

  ->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account, PayPal or Skrill, a choice of:

  1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),

  2) PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions,

  Hi, 

  I can only put money in escrow but I am not able to add funds to my PPH account which was possible before. Can you let me know why this is happening. I want to have enough budget in my wallet.

  Hi, 

  Like all the people before me,

  I am not able to add funds to top up my PPH account.

  Although I am logged in, I cannot select my account when attempting to make an Escrow Deposit.

  I don't need or want to pay an invoice, I just want to top up the balance for future use.

  I don't see answers to previous same questions. Very surprised PPH makes it difficult for members to add money.
