Payoneer problem

Yrou agent told me that verification is required in order to add verify payoneer account but see attachement. They said no documents required

 

This is so ridiculous

  I see you are discussing this with our customer support team. I believe the confusion is because on our system it looks as though you have no payment methods. There is clearly a technical error on your payments page on our system. This is unique to you and will take some time to figure out. Please be patient.
