Can't withdraw earnings and no response from customer service for 4 days
Despite being able to make withdrawals previously, I am now unable to withdraw my earnings and being told that there is a problem with my payment method. I contacted customer support about this on Thursday but to date have received no response. Now, today, PPH have added insult to injury by sending me a message reprimanding me for a slow response time on a Sunday and threatening to lower my profile rating. I think this is somewhat hypocritical of them under the circumstances and obviously I don't have much incentive to respond to work requests as I cannot withdraw my earnings!
From threads I can see that lots of users are having the same problem accessing their money. This is wholly unacceptable and needs addressing immediately.
