How to use PayPal account or PPH Balance to feature my profile?

I currently can only withdraw my funds with PayPal, and I want a featured profile. Unfortunately, I can't use my PayPal to pay for a featured profile? Can I use my current balance to do so? Any advice here?

  When I try to do it, it asks for credit card details.

  Hi Andrew,

  You should be able to use a new payment method, or alternatively it should state that "Your credit card will only be used if the bid amount is not available in your Account"
