hy,

i gave  payneer account statement to add my ACH. Payoneer account from last 7 days i got no reponse why?? and i can't withdraw my money

    Hi Wahid,

    The only payment method I can see is your bank account which was added on the 23rd November (4 working days ago) you need to wait 7 working days for documents to be verified. For other documents:

    We need you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account.

    ->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)

    ->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account, PayPal or Skrill, a choice of:

    1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),

    2) PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions,

    Same problem with me Sir, I changed my payoneer account email which was hacked so Payoneer transfer my email to new one and I am sending few request on contact page to change that form last week but I did't received any response from customer support.

     

    They send an email to my email address mention that send us a (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)

    But when I replied that email was automatically generated so I can't reply them with that and in Payment settings page We only see a add a documents when we add a payment method first but now I added the payoneer few months before and its also approved and I only change my payoneer email address and I did't see any portion now for documents.

     

    So Please guide me I want to withdraw that as soon as possible.

    i have done All the Things But .. I dont know you Just generate a automatic msg which says "Your Name Can't be Verified, If you Dont have URDU Language Reader What i can do ?

    And Sec Thing Just Approve My Account. If i am adding a account to Withdraw my Money ?? How can i do add anthers Bank account to withdraw my Account?
